Ongoing and upcoming Yoga and Meditation classes, Workshops in Everett, Washington (WA)
More and more studies are confirming what we already know: Yoga helps relieve back pain, weight gain in middle age, calms and clears the mind, and helps us keep our center during turbulent times. By inviting presence, yoga naturally not only helps us recover from countless physical, psychological, and emotional challenges, but also helps us awaken to our deepest sense of peace, passion and purpose.
